My wife and I have been using the Alpha-Stim for general relaxation and for treatment of her PMS. I am intending to use it in my practice as an adjunct to psychotherapy with anxious, tense, constricted individuals. Thus far I have found it helpful in relieving general tension and symptoms of PMS.
